Description

Regroup options to deviate from 'Standard' DVB transmissions as 'quirks' that can be automatically applied to sources that are known to require them.

This would be similar to 'quirks modes' in modern web browsers, that keep a list of particular websites known to out-of-standard and require adjustment in order to present them properly.

For example, it's not possible to address both #4519 and #4261 automatically, but it should be possible to identify that which transmission sources exhibit those behaviours from user reports, and keep a list of 'Quirks' that need to be applied to those sources. Those quirks would be automatically set on all MUXs known to be from transmission sources that require special handling of out-of-standard behaviour. My suggested first thoughts are that Quirks could be identified and applied on individual MUXs by matching against Provider Network Name and OID?

This would obviously significantly reduce the amount of work a new user needs to perform to get things going.
