Bug #5531
hbbTV
100%
Description
In earlier versions of tvheadend as the function "Parse hbbTV info" was realized, there was a link to the hbbTV-website in the left blue "i" in configuration -> DVB-inputs -> services.
This link is now gone or maybe hidden.
Where in tvheadend do I find the hbbTV information which tvheadend has parsed???? I couldn't find it ...
I'm using Google Chrome!
*Why was this ticket closed?
We don't need the settings for hbbTV - this we know - we want to know where the parsed informations are, we need the hbbTV-Link which was in the information of the choosen service!*

This is the bugtracker, and not your personal answering machine. Take a hint, dude.
Updated by Peter ----- over 5 years ago
And where is your hint?
Then say me where's the link to the hbbTV-website gone?
You can turn on and off "Parse hbbTV info" and the webgui in all tabs is the same: no link to the hbbTV-website.
It was in the blue "I" under services and now there is nothing.
Read the post carefully and then give an answer whioch is useful!

I forced a rescan, tuned on the channel with kodi but I am still unable to see the hbbtv information in the services tab. What subsystem can I turn debug/trace on for in order to find the cause?
peter peter: Is this fixed for you?

Now that I notice it happens to me too (even with the latest version)

--trace tbl-base , tune only to the problematic service

That produces a lot of debugging output, I tried to look for the relevant parts in it:

For me it is also not shown in the "After filtering and reordering" in this case (just like in the screenshot above). If I pulled out the wrong part of the logs let me know what I should look for (I searched for the PID in Decimal and Hex and HBBTV, this is the only occurence)

--trace tbl-base,mpegts - it seems that the HBBTV PID is not subscribed (otherwise you should see 'tbl-base: hbbtv: ' lines)..

You are right, it does not subscribe.

Got it! Adding this filter (even if disabled) removes HBBTV from outbound PIDs
From what I see, any filter (audio, video ...) removes HBBTV even when disabled
Can you check that?
Updated by Flole Systems over 5 years ago
I do not have that filter set (I only have a few CA Filters set), I can check later though if removing them solves the problem.

Try latest, I think that https://tvheadend.org/projects/tvheadend/repository/revisions/797af7c7873ab5cbc63bbb6ff4c518433b8d521d should fix this.
