Description

On Ubuntu Bionic, a number of OTA EPG grabbers are missing in the latest release.
I use freevew and Freesat OTA EPG Grabbers and they are no longer available.

I've tried to upgrade from 4.3.1718 and the EPG and all timers were deleted. Fortunately I restored the configuration from backup. This is the TVH startup:

Followed by several thousand similar entries as the EPG is deleted. Then the timers are deleted because their EPG entries no longer exist:
Jan 18 15:40:22 myserver tvheadend[321]: dvr: Entry df4e1e195fe88916e89700011b9b4c02 can be purged for "The Victorian House of Arts and Crafts" start 2019-01-25;21:00:00(+0000) stop 2019-01-25;22:00:00(+0000)

The line "tbl-eit: EIT configuration file missing" is strange. The file definitely exists at /usr/share/tvheadend/data/conf/epggrab/eit/config. This file was modified by commit 8818b5220c218e548556aaac8b727491ef0ab152 earlier today, but replacing the previous version doesn't stop the error message.
