Description

It seems that tvheadend ignores the "Start after" and "Start before" times after a while (maybe for new EPG data). I attached some screenshots to show the issue.

When I create a new recording, the start after/before times seem to be respected. But after a few days/weeks (maybe with new EPG data?!) the times will be ignored again.
Same thing if I edit an existing autorec entry (see "schedules_after_edit" screenshot). In the screenshot I changed the "start after" time from 19:50 to 19:55. After "Save", the schedules with the wrong times disappeared.

I'm using Kodi v18 Leia (different versions, currently RC4) as client.

I've had the idea to develop a small python script that updates all autorecs without really changing anything (because this helps). This could be a workaround until this (old) bug get fixed. You can get the script here: https://github.com/arneman/tvh_upd_autorec
