Description
When an adhoc recording is initiated by an HTSP (Kodi) Client, all the clients are notified of this and the recording can be seen in the respective EPGs. However when the recording is cancelled or aborted, the status is not communicated to the clients.
Clients are setup with Asynchronous EPG transfer. log attached.

It seems that you don't have allowed to send failed DVR entries to clients ('Failed view' in ACL).
