Description
No username shown for users authenticated with static IP address.
It would be nice to show forwarded text from comment field from the user setting tab, instead of the blank username space

Nope. Multiple rules (rows) can be matched for users and the username is the username. We might probably add reverse DNS name to brackets after the IP address.
It is OK, if it is not realistic.
And what about direct possibility of enabling / disabling "comments" column in the "subscription" tab next to the "Username" column?
Reverse DNS may slow down overall performance or possibly introduce new crashes in certain scenarios.
Since permanent auth code introduction this issue is irrelevant and can be closed.
