Additional "IPTV Automatic Network" settings

Description
As most IPTV "services" don't include epg data in the stream, it would be nice to be able to disable epg scan completely in the corresponding automatically created muxes. Further more, there is no option to preflag muxes as ATSC, which can cause lots of missing service names.

Currently this is possible by disable it in muxes tab.

sure it is, while the epeg setting change is just some thing which can be changed manually afterwards, the ATSC setting is eseential for having the right service name, changing the mux afterwards will not update the service name while rescanning, you must delete the service and rescan to get them right.
