Description
The Tvheadend program fails to record the full hour shows unless I restart the sever computer every day.
My setup-
The Tvheadend software is on my desktop. The operating system is Ubuntu 16.04 - 16 gig memory. 64-bit Intel® Core™ i3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz × 4. I have Kodi 17.06 on the desktop, a laptop, and a raspberry pi. I have HDHomerun for the local channels. I have several .mu3 urls that work fine for both viewing and recording. All of the devices running Kodi are using the Tvheadend on the server for their PVR. Also, I have a external hard drive storage for movies, TV, videos, music, pictures etc. plugged into my router. All the devices running Kodi ave access to the hard drive on the network.
My issue is I must restart my server computer every day. If I don't I only get a few minutes of the hour long shows set by timer rule to record daily. After two days without a restart, the tvheadend fails to even show up a the PVR in any device running Kodi. How can I fix this problem?
