Add support for teletext stream

Hello Andrea
tvheadend has support for teletext subtitles but no actual support for the teletext stream.
Within xbmc this feature is added and can be used with vdr but not with vnsi.
I opened an issue with lars opdenkamp and he said the issue is within tvheadend only sending the dvbsubs and no teletext data.
Could that be added to tvheadend?

It could be added but I'm not going to do it in foreseeable future (ie, 1-2 year timeframe)

someone else has made a patch for this issue see: https://github.com/andoma/tvheadend/pull/44
I have tested it and it works ok.

After applying the patch from the pull request there are some problems when recording some channels. The audio streams were not detected and not included in the recordings.
I found this issue while testing this recording issue.
