Tvheadend

Hello. After a few moths i updated tvh to the latest git.

I cleared my imagecache and now the imagecache links are generated like this: imagecache/-1026345761
the extra - (dash) in front seems to cause Kodi problems and no icons get displayed
The previous naming was like: imagecache/1026345761
No mather if i clear the cache again or if i disable the imagecache, localy hosted icons named with file:// of picicons aren't visible in Kodi
If i open Chrome and browse to the file http://localhost:9981/imagecache/-1026345761 the image is present, but the extra dash is causing kodi problems i think
