Service not detected correctly from Tvheadend SAT>IP client

I have a QNAP NAS running Tvheadend version 4.3-1013~gd86d26b0e as a SAT>IP client.
I have two Raspberry Pis running Tvheadend SAT>IP server with versions:
4.3-516~gd7d83b6
4.3-576~g1873c1cf6
When I scan HB 13°E MUX 11249V on the two RPis I correctly find under services the new "SMTv San Marino HD" service (see OK picture).
But when I scan the same MUX from the QNAP Tvheadend as a SAT>IP client I only find the service if I select the "Hide" filter as "None" instead of "Parent disabled" and anyway the service has no PID "after filtering and reordering" so I cannot map it as a new channel (see KO picture).
I do not understand if I'm doing something wrong (I never encoutered this issue before) or if this is a new bug. Also I do not understand why other services on the same mux are correctly working and not this in particular.
What should I check?

Perhaps, there is a regular (or temporary) outtage in the broadcasting. In this case, tvh marks the service as not validated (because it has no valid A/V streams). The mentioned service works fine here now.

The problem is that on the Raspberry Pi with tvheadend as a SAT>IP server and the directly connected DVB-S tuner the service works but not on the QNAP tvheadend that connects to it using SAT>IP.

Here is a new log and a "workaround".
1) delete all services from MUX and force rescan -> KO (SMTv San Marino HD not correctly added)
2) delete only SMTv San Marino HD service and force rescan -> KO (SMTv San Marino HD re-added but not correctly added)
but...
3) delete "SMTv San Marino HD" service AND "SMTv San Marino" service and force rescan -> OK (both correctly added!)
After step 3 I can also map both services to new channels.
I also disabled "addpids/delpids supported" from the SAT>IP adapters settings but I don't think it matters.

It looks like a bug in the SAT>IP server code. Upgrade to latest at first. Also, you may play with the maximal PIDs count (client). It seems that there's problem that client subscribes too much PIDs (PMT) in the scan procedure - but it should be handled correctly.
