Tvheadend

I have experianced for some time an issue where I get continuity counter errors and transport error indicators randomly during watching live or recording a broadcast. Randomy means couple of times during two hours or once in an hour.

I have debugged the problem now by letting Tvheadend record a bunch of content and examining the log. What I witness in my logs are the following situations (in short):
