Configuration tab completely missing

Hi!
I am using an armbian (debian stretch) on cubietruck (armhf).
Today i tried to compile tvheadend and build a .deb package. The first run failed because libvpx failed.
I did this:
AUTOBUILD_CONFIGURE_EXTRA="--disable-libvpx" ./Autobuild.sh -t debian
And it worked. I was able to install and start tvheadend with the resulting tvheadend_4.3-1028~g7de759e83_armhf.deb package.
But now the configuration tab is completeley missing (Screenshot).
I checked the following:
- tvheadend is running under user "hts" and the configuration looks correct under /home/hts/.hts/tvheadend (superuser file)
- i created a file under "tvheadend/accesscontrol". i started tvheadend -C as user "hts". The file is created correctly and looks good.
- i started tvheadend --noacl as user "hts" (Second Screenshot)
the configuration tab remains missing.

javascript console doesnt show anything in default setting. setting it to verbose just shows this:

Add also --enable-bundle on compilation and report

that took a bit longer to compile...
sadly there is no difference with --enable-bundle :(

Do you have administrative permissions?
You can try to run it manually
run
1.
ps aux | grep tvheadend
2.
see command line
3.
stop service or kill it
4.
and execute command from step 2 in terminal
See if there is some errors

Try to look to web browser's javascript console for errors, too.

The only errors i see, are the libvpx errors, because armhf cant compile with libvpx (see opening post).
There are no errors in the console.

As described in the opening post, i dont see the configuration tab even when is use --noacl (-> im always admin without any user credentials)
