Description

My sats are in USA, most of the channels wont open the image completly have a black space between image and monitor in both sides. I tryed to fix that with character set scaning with all the options. Searching in google i found the option ASCII / ISO 646 IRV is use for USA. My question is character set fix the image? I read in the forum section who fix that problem changing character set in network.
