Stream http://edgeb.streaming.sk/tvrlive/tvr1/f1tv.m3u8 freezes after few seconds

Description

1) Let's have a file /home/kodi/TV/TV_Ruzinov.m3u: =========== Content ===========

#EXTINF:0,TV Ruzinov

2) Let's load m3u file via Configuration->DVB Inputs->Networks->Add, where Type=Automatic Network, and where in an URL field is inserted: file:///home/kodi/TV/TV_Ruzinov.m3u
3) Stream is successfully verified and everything is configured automatically and correctly on tabs:
Configuration->DVB Inputs->Muxes
Configuration->DVB Inputs->Services
Configuration->Channel/EPG->Channels
4) Trying to play stream via play icon in Play column on tab Configuration->Channel/EPG->Channels using VLC (for example stream http://192.168.1.21:9981/play/stream/channel/808446e9b3be78848bdeb02ca3f45a2b?title=127%20%3A%20TV%20Ru%C5%BEinov) will freeze after few seconds while http://edgeb.streaming.sk/tvrlive/tvr1/f1tv.m3u8 works without freezing in VLC.
