Description

Hello,
I would like to propose a modification to the EPG time filter feature to add the time interval 01:00-01:30, and modify the near intervals, to obtain for example:

00:00:00 - 00:15:00
00:15:00 - 00:30:00
00:30:00 - 01:00:00
01:00:00 - 01:30:00
01:30:00 - 03:00:00
03:00:00 - No maximum

This way it would be much more simpler to filter for example "Animated feature films" time durations, since most animated films are about 1h 20min long (shorter than 1h 30min but much longer than 30min).
The new "00:30:00 - 01:00:00" would also be useful to filter TV series better (leaving out short movies).

What do you think?

From another thread, I think you're using Italian dvb OTA guide, but if you have xmltv then I have some patches that I hope to get in next month that will simplify this since they allow recording by xmltv category. So with the patches I have rules in my autorec such as "movie+children+animated" and "movie+action, rated > 60%". It makes it much easier to schedule things.

@Em Smith yes, I'm using both OTA and xmltv to populate the EPG guide, so any improvement is welcome.
