Description

It would be great if tvheadend could detect when a user icon file is not found. Perhaps font in red

is that such a bad idea?

Feel free to submit a PR, if it's alright it will be merged.

I thought I had done that with the feature request. How do I do this?

Implement it, then submit a PR through GitHub.

How should I program this now? it was a suggestion for improvement, I can't program. We misunderstood each other.

As you asked if it's such a bad idea I was under the impression that you were just waiting for a "go" so you can start. Otherwise I don't really understand why you asked that.

because it didn't appear in the roadmap. If the idea had been good, that would have been included in the roadmap, wouldn't it?

Updated by Flole Systems over 4 years ago Actions #9

There's nobody working on it. I can assign it to some future version, but as there are basically no developers there's currently no point in doing so as there's no progress on the roadmap anyways.

If it is in the roadmap, it may be implemented. If not, it could be forgotten.

  • Target version set to 4.6

There is nobody implementing anything, so it doesn't make any difference. I've assigned it to 4.6 now, but unless you find someone who wants to implement it that doesn't mean anything. There's no point in waiting for it just because it's on the roadmap.
