Tvheadend

Hello,

since my update to the latest version (4.3-359~g6549dc80e) I got the problem that codi will show the wrong channel icon.
It looks like that it will be not a kodi problem because i got the same probem on the tvheadend ios app too.
not all icons are wrong but about 20%,
In tvheadend itself, the right icons will be shown.

there must be a change on the channel icons part in the last 5-6 weeks because there was my last update.
