Can't play any channel with VLC

Description
Hello I can't play any channel of IPTV Movistar in the web interface, when I push play program in Web interface opens VLC but don't play ,
If I go in web interface a configuration=> dvb inputs =>Muxes works fine and correctly
What can i do ?
VLC in browser is DEAD
HTML5 with selected correct transcoding profile is OK
In standalone VLC you can play http://tvh_ip:9981/playlist Network stream
(add user to unrestricted by user/pass profile)
Or search in net TVH plugin for VLC.

But i refer to VLC App in ubuntu or in iPhone 6 withThvclient don't work ejem i piso play
Sorry is don't work when i push play
webtv-vp8-vorbis-webm is perfect for browser
but Transcoding is needed
ok i understand you , but i wan to do that when i push play open the aplication VLC , and in the aplication see the channel ,NO in the browser i want see in the aplication .Just as before
