Description
When importing a m3u file it has problem with incomplete URL's.
For example a stream like this:
http://ilv12.oedg.ustvnow.com/ilv01/smil:XXXXXXXXX/playlist.m3u8?xxxxxxxxxxx
TVheadend imports this:
http://ilv12.oedg.ustvnow.com/ilv01/smil:XXXXXXXXX/playlist.m3u8
And because of that streams doesn't work.
