Hi,

im running TVH on qnap 253A in linuxstation ubuntu 16.04 x86_64.

master branch and building with: AUTOBUILD_CONFIGURE_EXTRA=--enable-ffmpeg_static\ --disable-bintray_cache ./Autobuild.sh

ISSUE: none of transcoding profile works.

always audio and video stuttering. CPU seems to be OK with 60 % load.
i added 3 files which indicates the main problem (i think) --> libav: forced frame type

if im building from relase 4 (4.0.9-12~ge5400e2) transcoding works perfect. nothing to set up anymore.
