Description

When channel is missing EPG, it's impossible to fast forward after resume stream
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Enable timeshift.
  2. Play channel without EPG (if you don't have one try IPTV)
  3. Pause
  4. Resume
  5. FF is not available (Tested in Kodi 16.1)

If channel has EPG you can ff after resume
Not related to IPTV (also dvb-t channel that missing EPG won't support ff)
