Input Output error when using SAT/IP Server Octopus .NET

Description

I already asked in the Forum - as nobody replied I assume this is a bug and not a misconfig.
SAT/IP Server is from Digital Devices. Octopus.Net with DVB-C Tuner Cards. Attached is the detailed output (Read-Only Info)
As soon as I tune on a channel I get an Input/Output error (I attached the screenshot)

When I use the RecordingService (SAT/IP Server from DVBViewer) it works although this Server uses the Octopus as Input. So there's something wrong with the Interface TVHEadend - Octopus.

I'm using TVHeadend: HTS Tvheadend 4.1-2052~g6b9dcab~jessie (But had the same issue with the Stable release)
