Provide debug log, do you see something in the status tab when scan is in progress?
The log is normal scans well. Everything looks good in status- stream. But no service name in services. However if I use a backup with all channels mapped it runs smoothly.
Is some filter applied?
@ Jaroslav Kysela is it possible when on some tab filter used to have "*" at front of name of tab
also "reset filters" button is needed as on EPG
Do not use any type filters i try to scan as simple as possible.

I have same problem as cilindro.
I manually add a mux, scan and thveadend "detects" all services in the mux, but in the services only appear a few of services, if i change in the tab services the filter hide to NONE appear all the services, but the services "hidden" not have PID information... And the scan results is "ok (partially)"
P.S. And yes, is the same provider, but other satellite. In set top box the signal is strong, in DVBlast the scan of mux works fine, the problem is only in tvheadend.
tvheadend version 4.3-295~ga9dffb7e9
Tested with TBS 6904 and TBS 6909 with latest drivers with Kernel 4.11
Does DVBlast see the PIDs of audio/video tracks? The new code in tvh "activates" service only when it has at least one audio/video track, otherwise it's marked as invisible and you should set filter to 'none' as you already described.
