Could you upload 30 seconds of the mux dump (use the mux play url and wget / curl to save the mux contents to a file)?

this situation happens and on other satellites

Request Entity Too Large error on upload ~210Mb

There's 100MB limit.. Try to cut the file.

I detected only one service in the above file - type 01 (1) name [Aljazeera] provider [BIGTV] . What's wrong with it?

Did you see the tvh.log? If you want, i can generate a mux dump.

Services are populated during rescan.
if scanning on start is stopped no problem comes.

in only one case a see operator to change rolloff from 35 to 20 on DVB-S2 transponder(stb's use auto settings)
but this create new mux copy with changed rolloff
