Environment: Working in a system with IPTV input and TVH as SAT>IP server.

Description:
TVH sets signal of IPTV stream with mid signal
According to specification the signal specified is half of the maximum. As the input is IPTV this parameter should be the max.

Solution:
Set signal to max.

Find patch attached.
