iptv provider telx subs oos on other than profile=pass

Description
I have a problem with my iptv provider, when profile htsp or matroska subs is OOS, will upload sample ts later when im on a better line.

File have 1 teletext pid and 4 teletext subtitles pids
Transcodin can't integrate them.
In present days providers use DVB subtitles, your live in past ;)

Your comment is relevant to nothing, my isp has the signal it has, nothing I can do about that, manny providers have teletext subs on sd channels still. And usualy they work fine, but these are OOS when tvheadend does other than pass, transcoding? who cares for transcoding a signal going over lan DOH !

Yes its like 2-5 seconds infront, logs says this also btw when you subscribe the channel.

Its also happening for kodi/xbmc htsp clients.
