Description

I found a bug in the CWC of the current unstable release. The CWC sends all requests to the CA Server twice, which resulted in an error message every 10 secs, because of the redundant request. This also affects the latency of the cwc.
Here is one of the error messages:
2016-03-15 22:03:00.926 cwc: Can not descramble service "Sat.1 HD", access denied (seqno: 20926 Req delay: 76 ms) from server-22000-1838
