Bug #3567
Feature #3566: Add support to Brazilian ISDB-T OTA EPG (always in UTC-3)
100%
Description
Hi!
First of all, thank you very much for the almost instantaneous implementation of this feature. It's clear and intuitive now how to handle weird EPG cases like Brazil's.
Unfortunately, after experimenting for a while, it seems the new "EIT time offset" option is not working as expected. If you choose any of the "UTC-X" options you get exactly the same result as using "UTC". That is, in the Brazilian UTC-3 fixed EPG, I got programs (wrongly) anticipated by 3 hours no matter the "UTC-X" option I use. The ONLY EXCEPTION is if I choose the "Local (server) time" option, that still works as before, so I get the time error reduced to 1 hour as before the new feature.
Please let me know if you need further details to investigate this.
Thanks!

Dear Jaroslav,
Thanks for the quick response. I can now use my guide at correct times! Great!
But there is still a SMALL BUG: it seems the UTC plus/minus sign is inverted. In my case, the EPG is published using UTC-3 (Brazil official time, no DST). If I set 'EIT time offset' to UTC-3, the EPG presentation get a 6h mismatch. If I try to use UTC+3, the EPG get the correct time. So I think it's just a matter of changing the labels (replace '-' with '+' in the option).
Thanks again
