Audio problems when doing fast forward

Description

I have a strange problem for a specific channel. It's when I do recordings and after commercial breaks the audio sometimes disappears or gets "crazy". My feeling is that they change audio format !? before and after breaks ? It happens both in VLC and Kodi. Especially if I do fast forward from the commersial break right into the movie I don't get any audio. I attach a short video. The film starts at approx 05:20. I don't know if any logs shows this issue.

Provide the mpeg-ts source - save the recordings also in mpeg-ts (pass-through profile) and cut it where the problem occurs for mkv.

Ok, here is one ts and one mkv for almost the same sequence. When I look at the ts file in kodi it seems that they change from 2.0 to 5.1 at approx 01:53.
