Tvheadend

A couple of days ago I switched to tvheadend-1392. Unfortunately I encountered some bugs of which this one is the first.
When I start recording a FTA channel I notice that tvh starts a CAPMT server anyhow. Next tvh shows a couple of (error) messages:

As the recording went fine I suppose you could call these error messages a cosmetic bug. Nevertheless one could wonder why a CAPMT server is started when there is no need for it.
