Description
If SDT contains more than one channel, then when add the flies on a IPTV stream, tab services are being added all the channels from the services SDT.

It's correct. You can disable invalid services manually. The situation where you have a full mux source from another tvh instance is possible.
Why your source has PMT with all services when only one is live? (I suspect that it's the purpose of this bug.). For TVH, you should enable PMT rewrite in the pass-through streaming profile to filter inactive services in the server side.
