Bug #344
tvheadend 2.12 HTTP streaming not possible
0%
Description
I was using tvheadend 2.11 without problems.
After upgrade to Version 2.12 it crashes when i want to tune into a channel:
Dec 21 00:05:52 v4l: /dev/video0: Tuned to 189250000Hz There seems to be a problem with the live update feed from Tvheadend. Trying to reconnect...
I am using Tvheadend on a Ubuntu 10.04 Server 64 bit with a Haupauge 350-PVR TV-Card.
Since i do not compiled the version for myself and i do not have gdb installed, i can only provide the syslog-output.
The syslog-output is:

The /dev/video0 device is fine.
I can "record" programs with the command:
sudo cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg
Any Ideas?

I dont know what happened here.
To have TV again i build tvheadend 2.11 from SVN, and got the same error.
Finally i deleted the configuration folder $HOME/.hts and recreated everything.
Now i can watch TV again, at least via XBMC. But the Live TV streaming via HTTP (webfrontend) is still not functioning for me (dont have any video/audio in popup window)

- Status changed from New to Fixed
- Found in version set to unknown
I think it might have been removed and re-added. But I believe HTTP streaming is working fine, I know I'm using it in several places.
