Which tags exactly do you mean? Tags like 'TV channels', 'HDTV', 'SDTV', 'Radio' are always created. Provider (like ASTRA) and network name (like Media Broadcast) tags are different - they are extracted from the MPEG-TS stream.

Well yes, I mean all those tags. What if when mapping a service I do not want any tags to be created. No hdtv, sdtv, radio, tv channels, Astra 19.2e, or just any of those. Is this already possible or am I just writing a feature request?

You can just mark once the default tags (TV channels, radio, HDTV, sdtv) as internal (switch on the related column in the grid) and they will not bother you (for example, they will not happear as group in Kodi interface).

Ok, I can see I can "hide" the HDTV/SDTV tags using the Internal and Private options in the tags overview screen. Didn't know that, cool.

But, when mapping channels and not selecting "Create provider tags" they are still created. Just verified with a Radio channel on 19.2E (SWR1 BW). After mapping the tag "Astra 19.2E" was created even though I have not selected either "Create Provider Tags" nor "Create Network Tags". I believe this is then an actual bug.

Also, I would love to get another option besides the "Create Provider Tags" and "Create Network Tags" called "Create default tags". This can be always selected, that's ok. But the function would be to either create (or not) the default "HDTV/SDTV/Radio/TV Channels" tags.
