I've attached the full log with the following trace subsystems enabled through the gui: +htsp,+subscription,+pat,+pmt,+bat

Watching TV live works fine.

Disable "Use EPG Running state" in the DVR config.

In later revisions it has been changed to off by default as a number of people were having the same issue. For me it works perfectly but it really depends on the broadcaster thankfully here in the UK channels either use it or don't.
