Bug #3115
KNC ONE BDA -> DVB-S2 -> TVHeadend -> KODI installieren / Konfigurieren
0%
Description
Hallo,

Note: I used Google translate to read this ticket hopefully it translated it correctly
You can install & configure Tvheadend before setting up Kodi for use with Tvheadend but really it doesn't matter as you can import channels in Kodi/pvr.hts later anyway.
If I've read this correctly this doesn't sound like a bug to me, these kind of questions are what the forum is for, please use that instead.

Does work tvheadend with TBS-Hardware only? Whiche devices work with tvheadend. KNC ONE DVB-S2 does not.

Tvheadend is not restricted to certain brands of hardware.
If there is a Linux driver for your device it will work fine in Tvheadend, if you're getting failed scans "Scan failed, no data" make sure that you're entering the correct frequency details. If that fails try your device on/in another machine/OS to rule out the hardware and signal.

Just had a read of this thread over at mediaportal. It appears there was a bug with the driver that has been fixed on Windows at least. From what I've read in that thread the driver expects all details to be correct so won't accept any AUTO values at all so try entering all frequency info into Tvheadend.
