The channel plays fine (video+audio) in Kodi if i use pass profile.

Just to add..

I've just tried your sample on Windows 10, VLC has no issue playing the video but has no audio, The Film & TV app included in Windows 10 plays it back perfectly!

That's right, VLC play only video because for some reasone it doesn't recognize the audio, but it plays fine with Windows Media Player and with Media Player Classis https://mpc-hc.org.

I should point that this sample is from a service in testings that officially isn't up yet, it's in this state for a couple of months if not a year, going off the air and up back again, so the service operator might be doing something wrong, AFAIK no D-Day for the service to be rolled out.
