No audio on Kodi client/VLC with IPTVStream and mpga audio codec

Description

I have ten muxes ( IPTV not sat).

5 of them use mp4a audio codec. It is ok i have both video and audio.
5 of thme use mpga audio codec. Problem : no audio.

The stream wich come from tvheadend have no audio.

I use Tvheadend client PVR on KODI 15 ( in KODI 16 beta it is the same)

If i open the .ts stream URL directly in VLC, it is ok, i have audio.

I have change stream options ( passthrought/matrosca, web profile...) -> ko
