Web UI does not work anymore when option --http_root is set.
A blank page is shown instead.

Some resources are not found and return 404.
Their url are (with --http_root set to tv) :
- http://localhost:9981/tv/redir/locale.js - > /static/intl/tvh.en.js.gz
- http://localhost:9981/static/intl/tvh.en.js.gz

The http_root is missing in both cases.

Version 4.1-159~gc656bde works.
