Description

I added desired muxes and mapped services to channels. I deleted unnecessary services. In TV adapters tab I disabled "Initial Scan" and "Idle Scan" at each device.

In "Networks" tab I unchecked "Idle scan muxes" at each network. There is only enabled epggrab.

Why at epggrab they are scanned added muxes and new services are added? Is there a way to turn it off?

Have you got Mux discovery (it's called Network Discovery in 4.x) enabled? Tvheadend will continue to add & scan muxes from the NIT (network information table).

Network Discovery is disabled.

If the network discrovery is disabled in the network settings, the muxes are also created when you have enabled a fastscan bouquet.
