i have several tv devices in my network (esp. "Amazon FireTV Box"), that can't play 1080i/p smoothly in Kodi. I need to create a stream profile for these devices to downscale 1080i/p content down to 720p. That works very well. BUT all transcoded streams have a framerate of 25fps. A football game with 25fps looks very ugly. I need
an option to force the framerate to 50 or 60 fps
to set some different deinterlacing methods
an option (checkbox or dropdown) to filter stream profiles based on source dimensions (if dim <= 720 then no transcode, if dim > 720, use xyz stream profile)

Did you try SPMC on it? I have first used kodi on the fire tv stick ... live tv wasn't working ... but with SPMC no problems anymore ... full hd without problems.
