HTS Tvheadend 3.9.636~g03a69ff
Signal is Ok, hardware, firmware is also ok since Tvheadend 3.4 works fine and found all channels.

What the hell is 12341L? Which Satellite? I know there is L for Left, R for Right, but V and H (vertical, horizontal) are usual.

Agreed something very odd happened there. Can you repeat when re-scanning the network? It's possible a bug was introduced and fixed? Could be some weird data in the stream.
