Unicable not loading all of config

Description
Got every thing working other than once thing.
when I restart tvheadend it don't load the id and frequency from the config for the lnb. Kind of odd as it will load the network part.
Every thing is is still in the config just have to set the id and frequency every restart. Once I do this every thing works. just to make sure I deleted .hts folder and started over with same outcome.

Seems to be in 3.9.1305~g0f43024
Did have a little problem mapping services where by they wouldn't map. But once tvh was idaling they seem to map.
