Description

Hi - I am connecting my Rpi to tvheadend using PVR-plugin ( tvheadend hts protocol ) in OpenELEC.

As " streaming Live TV " is the main feature it is of utmost importance to zap without too many buffering issues, so there won't be a 5-10 seconds delay before a channel is actually displayed. Zapping between channels is something that works surprisingly well between my current enigma2 (server) - enigma2 (client) setup, however I hope to achieve this also between Rpi ( OpenELEC ) and tvheadend .

Therefore is anyone with similar setup willing to share config-settings, so things will work as intended as currently buffering delays are frequently experienced tuning in to a channel - hopefully that is due to my improper config settings (defautls), so things can be enhanced. At this stage I do not believe it is a hardware limitation on the Rpi as my current client holds a 500Mhz MIPS Processor as well 512Mb and as said that works flawless ( using enigma2 )....
