Bug #1828
Bug #1856: TVH master switching 2x1 diseqc to wrong port
multiport LNB not functioning on latest git-version (3.5.721~g8acf93a)
0%
Description
Hi,
I tried out the new version today and noticed that my dualport LNB-switch defaults to port 1.
Normal setup:- 1 card DVB-T (works fine)
- 1 card DVBS/S2 (nGene) connected to a dual port LNB-switch
port 1 = S19E2
port 2 = S28E3
With the new version I only get UK-channels (S28E3), however I configured both channels correctly (in my opinion :-)).
When I only configure the S19E2 port, I get the UK channels.
When I configure both ports, I get the UK channels twice...
Best regards,
Jan

Well, it's not "broken" in the general sense. Plenty of people have been using it for weeks. That's not to say there isn't a more specific use case that is broken.
Just to confirm you have selected "2 port switch" and connected 1 network to A and the other to B? I have to admit most testing will have been done on the old "grid based" config (which was mostly ditched as people moaned, but it forms the basis of "Advanced") and plenty of testing on the 4 port variant.
Please provide a debug log using cmd line options:
"-l tvh.log --trace linuxdvb,mpegts,diseqc --debug none"

I sent a reply to the mails I got. It seems that does not work...
Anyway: I can confirm that I'm using the '2 port switch' setting, with both ports configured as described above.
In attachment the log
