I would like to help get ATSC channel scan working with HDHR-3 US (specifically for a Synology DS212). I will attempt to clone the repo and build under x86 ubuntu as my debug platform starting tonight. Any pointers would be helpful as I am new to the code.

There is a commit that is mentioned in #1418 which appears to break things, but reverting that one commit causes conflicts.

This should be working fine in master. I have checked the attached muxdump and it picks up the services names fine.
