When you change the value of "Adapter name" on the DVB Inputs / TV Adapters / General tab most places in TV Headend (including what is expected to XBMC) report the change correctly, however on the status screen the old names persist.

I modified mine from -> to
Technotrend DVB-S (Adapter 3) -> Satellite
MSI Digibox (Adapter 5) -> Terrestrial (Tuner 1)
KWorld Dual (Adapter 6) -> Terrestrial (Tuner 2)
KWorld Dual (Adapter 7) -> Terrestrial (Tuner 3)
after editing my XBMC Skin to show the adapter name, and as you can see on the Status screen the Adapters list has correctly updated after making these changes, but in the "Active Subscriptions" "Service" column the old name remains.

I noticed this issue in the browser a couple of days after renaming the adaptor so the browser had been closed and started a number of times in the interim too.
