BBC channels are from the provider bSKYb and are the FTA "BBC HD" and "BBC HD ONE" as well the BBC TWO and THREE HD channels from the same provider.
The Dutch channels are the SD and HD channels from CANALDIGITAAL provider which are Crypted channels.

I can confirm that I'm seeing something similar with the same build in Ubuntu 12.10 amd64.

Took delivery of a TeVii S471 yesterday and stuck it in my HP Microserver N40L. I was originally intending on using John's transcode_v2 branch, which picked up all the channels on Astra 28.2E, including HD channels. Unfortunately I had problems with the transcoding on Quantal so purged the .deb I built from John's branch and reinstalled using the official PPA.

With the official PPA however, I'm noticing that no HD channels are being detected when performing the initial idle scan, nor are they being picked up during subsequent passes. It could be something as simple as the relevant mux's being missing from the list, but I think there are SD channels being picked up that share a mux with one or more HD channels.

I'm using a connection to a newcamd server I have in the living room, but the results are the same with this disabled. Please let me know if you need me to do anything, logs etc.

Just to update, it appears to be DVB-S2 muxes that aren't being picked up. I know the card and the kernel I'm using supports it, so I'll keep experimenting at this end to try and narrow it down.

Yep, false positive. I wasn't auto-detecting muxes, so none of the 8PSK ones were showing up and thus being scanned. The missing channels are appearing now.

Just an FYI, the OP's original issue may still stand, as he appeared to have the auto-detect muxes option checked looking at his screenshot. I just originally thought that I might be experiencing a similar issue before I found the discrepancy.
