Timeshift buffer is still written by tvheadend, but never used by xbmc. While pressing "play" xbmc is using around 1-2 secs the buffer and then jumps into the the livestream.

History

Updated by B. J. almost 12 years ago

Solved by updating the xbmc-pvr-client (pvr.hts) from 1.6.10 to 1.6.16. Now timeshift works as expected. Ticket can be closed.

hello B.J.,

could you please let me know how to build only package xbmc-pvr-tvheadend-hts?
the readme on git https://github.com/opdenkamp/xbmc-pvr-addons.git explain how install all the stuff.

thanks

I've installed all the stuff like described in the readme. After updating the pvr-clients pvr.hts was the only enabled plugin on my system as before.
