There is channel Planeta HD at 23.5E 11817 V 5/6 S2 8PSK. It is free to air but in
"dvbtransports/_dev_dvb_adapter17_TurboSight_TBS_5922_DVBS_S2_frontend11817000_V_satconf_7/_dev_dvb_adapter17_TurboSight_TBS_5922_DVBS_S2_frontend11817000_V_satconf_7_1522"
it is marked as scrambled.
When I've changed "scrambled": 1, to 0 and restart tvheadend service works well. But afrer some time config file is overwritted with 1.

We need some more input. Can you please provide as a minimum a debug log (start tvheadend with -d enabled and capture the output).

With 3.0 version channel is still marked as scrambled but works :)
